I got three main things to request here, a custom Avatar, basically I can do card avatars well, you can request a Slide Show from me (I'm not currently doing these except special requests) or you can always request a Skin (I do VERY few personals, if I make you one, it may or may not be personally for you, just live with it if it's not) or, if your not after one of these, mark other. Be sure you fill them out completely so I can help you in the best way I can.
